Awesome. So what did that baby set you back?
I think I've seen you at AK.

Oh, and where is "local"?

Picked up in Bellevue, WA.

Nice amp and the pre-amp to go with it.

I think you hit the 'W" instead of the "P"!! (just kidding)
Beautiful amp and preamp.
There seems to be an amazing amount of used hi-fi gear sold in the Northwest. I presumed it was tech people at Microsoft and other upgrading.

I remember hearing that amp when it came out, some special anniversary, limited edition, spare no expense model, i think it sold for almost $20k. That was when i first realized how far i was away from hi-end audio, i walked in with just about $5000 cash and thought i was a high roller. Ended up spending $3600 on an entire mcintosh car audio system, used it for about 5 years and got a little more than $3000 back selling it. My only new audio buy that i was satisfied with.
I digress, beautiful piece, hope it sounds as good as it looks.

Non-prophet your Melos MA333 is one of the finest preamps I ever owned over the last 35 years. Wish I never sold mine.
