Title: 6th annual "Not" Memorial Day swap meet 24 june 2017
Post by: non-prophet on June 01, 2017, 01:39:11 AM: This year's event is in the north side, not on memorial day, but on 24 june 2017. I may or may not be there, i have drill that weekend. Everything will be donation based, bring your own table, shelter, whatever, just don't be cheap! This is just the announcement post, more information will be available shortly. Save the date and hopefully see more of you there than the previous couple years. Thank you for looking, nick

Yes, this is a manchester address and no, this isn't some sick joke i am playing because i might not be there. It is a courtyard, not an empty lot (like the google street view may show). Not sure if we have access to power, or anything really. It is just off chateau st and may get drive by traffic (literally and figuratively), which could be good or bad.

I have nothing to do with this, but, being the face of this forum comes with a certain amount of responsibility.

We are also going to do a car audio competition, where first place will score you three 20" chrome rims!!! Audience based judging for winning system. So bring your A-game and maybe you too can be rolling dirty.

And finally, just a suggestion, please exercise your second amendment right for anyone who has a proper permit.

I love you all and hopefully see you bright and early on the 24th.

There were firearms in Natrona Heights too. It's just another item to buy/sell/swap. It has nothing to do with the location. I'm far more concerned that there may not be electricity.

Ha! Yinz best get busy on those systems. The Sony system in the F150 says it has 750 watts. They may have used Craig or Sounddesign equipment to get to that figure.

We don't have a volunteer yet to put their name in a Craigslist ad. But we do need to move forward. All jokes aside (and there are some good ones!) we would like this event to happen. If you would like to come down, setup and sell some hifi or whatever gear please send me a PM or post here. There is electricity, a bathroom available in the house and beef hot dogs/buns will feed the hungry. The event is next Saturday, June 24!

Not a shill for KDKA AM, but drivetime traffic is every 15mins if you want to keep an ear open for updates, or go to Penn DOTs website(?).

Otherwise, would like to make a visit myself.

I thought about pictures but . . . . . Pepe was always there with a camera. He was not there rather at his son's wedding.
