Back to the solid state
« on: December 07, 2010, 09:40:11 PM »
Just for a different listening experience, I replaced my quicksilver tube amps with a pair of Harman Kardon hk775 monoblocks.  Overall they sound better, except for the live music, but I feel thats where tubes truly shine.  They are powering my snell type b's, I prefer more power than the 135 wpc these offer but its just my bedroom so it works.  thanks for looking.
