Yes I did, I wonder if it's my browser, I use Firefox on a MacBook

Try it with Safari. First clear your browser cache. I had similar issues.

Are you sure that it's within the size limits?

Try scaling it down with an application such as Resize 'Em All. I'm pretty sure I had THAT problem too.

Welcome...my fellow FNG!!  Another noob (to the forums) here.  Very nice place here. Everyone I have met have been great.  I can tell by the comments and advise given by the others that I havent met
