New Carver C-16 preamp

Well, for those of you who don't frequent the Carver Audio forum, I went and bought a C-16 this past weekend, and it showed up today.  I have had it hooked up since after dinner, and all I can say, is HOLY CRAP!!!

I know I had a good setup with my old rig (see my Signature - I haven't changed it yet, and probably won't for a week or so).  Here are some pics of my newest toy!!

Very nice!  I borrowed a C-19 from Tom and I was very impressed with the sound of that preamp.  Congrats on your new score!

Yeah, it took me a week to get Gunter's hair out of them.  Well worth the trouble.  Tom know's his shit.  (He's a keeper!!!)

To all, thanks for the complements on the new piece of equipment.  The sound is incredible.

Okay - I  have played with this unit enough!!!  (J/K).  I can't get over how transparent this unit is.  The music just pours out of my system like a fine wine.   8) 8) (Or a powerful Dead Monkey!! - for all you home brew lovers out there at Vintage Hi-Fi of PGH.)   My setup just sings to me. 

What to upgrade next ?!?!?!?!?   :P :P

Our Man Tom(thuffman) swears that there was noticeable and definite improvement with the installation of the Carver Interconnects.

Not Sure What You Are Using Neil, But It Could Be Just What Your Looking For Without Having To Spend A Ton Of Green.
