I'll be demoing my AR PH3.... bring some vinyl!!
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

I'm curious to hear ya'll impressions of the B&W's. I'll reserve my comments until then.

I have heard some B&W's at our local HiFi shop here - they carry both B&W and Paradigm.  Granted they weren't the beauties that you have there, but the ones that were being played (I believe DM603's) against some Paradigm Studio 80's, I have to say, I personally could make out some subtle difference, but not the for the price difference!  Just my $0.02 worth.  Not to say the ones you are going to audition won't blow away the 603's, but the 603's aren't supposed to be a slacker either!
MAIN SYSTEM:Carver TFM-55, Carver C-16, Carver S/DA-490t, Carver TD-1770, BSR-EQ3000, Philips AF-677, Auvio HD Radio Tuner, Polk SDA-1C's
Man Cave: HR-772, Technics SL-P220, Polk Monitor 12 Series 2

I dare say that Para-dig-em's are one of the best bangs for the buck on the market.

Maybe that's only because I own a set.

Paradigms rule.  Six Studio 20s and a CC-450 plus a Ref sub and you have a serious theater setup.

I liked the B&W's.   The Pro-Ac's are o.k.,  When I heard them they were hooked up to different systems. So, that is not a fair way to compare them.
